As part of our combined efforts with our broker partner, The Bailey Group, we completed a comprehensive review of our benefits program to ensure we are offering the best benefits package to our associates.

Family Planning

accesso offers six weeks of paid parental leave.
accesso also partners with a fertility and family planning vendor, Maven, to provide 24/7 support for adoption, surrogacy, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, early pediatrics, and return to work.
Employees and their partners can use Maven to book on-demand appointments with top providers and personalized resources until their baby's first birthday.
Another feature is the Maven wallet, which allows members to be reimbursed for up to $7,500 annually for fertility, adoption, and/or surrogacy out-of-pocket expenses, with a lifetime maximum of $15,000.
Enrollment is confidential and not shared with accesso.

If you or your family members are having difficulty with work, life or general well-being and have the desire to reach out for professional counseling, SupportLinc licensed counselors are available to you at no cost.
The program includes up to 5 in-person, phone or video consultations per member, per issue per calendar year.
